Cancellation & refunds
A step toward tradition, conversation and personal understanding.
Draft for review. Proposed: cancellation at least 24 hours before the session is eligible to request a full ₹1,000 refund. Later cancellations and no-shows are reviewed case by case with a stated reason.
If the provider cancels, a full refund or another slot will be offered. A successful payment without an available slot remains under manual review; a full refund will be initiated after reconciliation.
Cancellation and refund are separate states. An accepted request does not mean funds have arrived. Refunds may be requested, pending, processed or failed, updated through provider verification.
Refunds go to the original payment method. Processing timelines must be confirmed with the bank/provider before live activation. Support: acharyaabhinaydubey@gmail.com, WhatsApp +91 9713718325.
